Chef, Amanda Drew Edwards, graduated with a culinary arts/restaurant management degree in 2001 from Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, TX. After receiving her degree, she worked as an Asst. Pastry Chef at the Corpus Christi Country Club. With her home cooking experience and South Texas influence, Amanda continues to pursue her passion for cooking. Amanda starts with the finest, freshest ingredients—then utilizes the latest cooking techniques to create dishes that are unique and tasteful.  

Bear Creek Lodge dedicates itself to the highest degree of professionalism for all your party events. Services range from a simple serve-yourself coffee break to a five course sit-down dinner. Bear Creek will also make any family favorite dish. All you need to do is provide the recipe. 

The Lodge’s beautiful dining area hosts up to 50 guests and can be decorated for any occasion. Bear Creek also offers off-premise catering where you can enjoy our services in the dining hall of your choice or personal on-site catering in the comfort of your own home.
