- Individual prices are quoted directly by Bear Creek Lodge Catering.
- If you do not see something on our menu generally we can still provide the item.
- We are pleased to accommodate special dietary requirements.
Pricing an Event
- An all-inclusive catering event includes the following: cost of food, rentals, staff services, delivery charges, taxes, and service charge.
- The cost per person is determined according to: the size of the party, the menu, type of service and event location.
- We cater events up to 125 people. (minimum charge $50)

Alcohol: Provided by customer $15 clean up fee
Rental of Decorations: $30 or market value of rental
Staffing: $10/hr, 2 hour minimum
Service and delivery charge: 17%
State Tax: 7%
Rentals/Decoration: Rentals included purchased equipment for your event or decorations provided by Bear Creek Lodge Catering. The lodge offers a wide variety of themed events. Additional cost included any stolen or damaged items.
50% deposit is required at time of booking, balance due on the date of event.
Final Guest count must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to event. We reserve the right to adjust the proposal should there be a change in the guest count. Billed invoice is the guarantee amount or the actual number of attendees, whichever is greater.
A cancellation fee will apply on confirmed orders.
